Waxing

Waxing Pre-Service Instructions

To ensure the best results, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:

  • First Wax Hair should be ¼–½ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice).

  • Gently exfoliate the area 24–48 hours before your appointment.

  • Avoid tanning, sunburn, retinol, AHAs/BHAs, and exfoliating products on the treatment area for 5–7 days before your appointment.

  • Arrive with clean skin free of lotions, oils, deodorant, or makeup on the area being waxed.

  • Let your esthetician know if you are using Accutane, prescription retinoids, or have recently had chemical peels or laser treatments.

    After Care

  • For the first 24–48 hours:

    • Avoid hot baths, hot tubs, saunas, and swimming.

    • Avoid heavy exercise and excessive sweating.

    • Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning.

    • Wear loose-fitting clothing.

    • Do not apply fragranced products to the waxed area.

    After 2–3 days:

    • Exfoliate 2–3 times per week to help prevent ingrown hairs.

    • Moisturize daily with a fragrance-free lotion.

Nails

Nail Service Pre-Service Instructions

To help your appointment go smoothly:

first Appointment: please come with bare nails.

  • Arrive with clean hands and nails.

  • Please remove rings and bracelets before your service if possible.

  • Let your nail technician know about any allergies, lifting, or damaged nails.

  • If you currently have product from another salon, please book a removal with your service as I don’t fill other technicians work.

    After Care

  • Treat your nails like jewelry, not tools.

  • Wear gloves when cleaning or using chemicals.

  • Apply cuticle oil 2–3 times daily.

  • Moisturize your hands daily.

  • When applying your skincare, don't forget to apply moisturizer and SPF to the backs of your hands.

  • For dry or cracked skin, apply Aquaphor to your hands before bed for deep overnight hydration.

  • Avoid picking, peeling, or biting your nails.

  • Schedule fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain strength and prevent lifting.

Pedicure

Pedicure Pre-Service Instructions

Before your appointment:

  • Arrive with clean feet.

  • Avoid shaving your legs for 24 hours before your pedicure.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that can be rolled above the knees if needed.

  • Inform your technician of any cuts, infections, or medical concerns affecting your feet.

    Pedicure Aftercare

    • Moisturize your feet daily.

    • Apply cuticle oil to your toenails daily.

    • For dry or cracked feet, apply Aquaphor before bed and wear cotton socks overnight for extra hydration.

    • Wear clean, breathable socks and properly fitting shoes.

    • Avoid picking or peeling gel polish.

    • For dry or cracked skin, apply Aquaphor to your hands before bed for deep overnight hydration.

    • Schedule your next pedicure every 4–6 weeks to maintain healthy feet and nails.

Intimate Waxing

Brazilian & Manzilian Wax Pre-Service Instructions

For the best results:

  • First Wax Hair should be ¼–½ inch long.

  • Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours before your appointment.

  • Shower before your appointment and arrive with clean, dry skin.

  • Avoid lotions, oils, deodorant, powders, and self-tanner on the treatment area.

  • Avoid tanning and exfoliating acids for 5–7 days before your appointment.

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

  • If this is your first wax, hair may be more sensitive than with regular maintenance appointments.

  • Let your esthetician know if you are using Accutane, prescription retinoids, or have recently had chemical peels or laser treatments.

    After Care

  • Brazilian Wax Aftercare

    For the first 24–48 hours:

    • Avoid sex.

    • Avoid hot baths, hot tubs, saunas, swimming, and heavy exercise.

    • Wear loose cotton underwear and clothing.

    • Avoid fragranced products on the area.

    After 2–3 days:

    • Exfoliate 2–3 times per week.

    • Moisturize daily with a fragrance-free lotion.

Spray Tan

Spray Tan Pre-Service Instructions

For a flawless, even tan:

  • Exfoliate your entire body 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Schedule any waxing 24–48 hours before your spray tan.

  • Shave at least 12–24 hours before your appointment.

  • Arrive with clean skin free of lotions, oils, makeup, deodorant, and perfume.

  • Do not wear tight clothing after your appointment—bring loose, dark clothing and sandals if possible.

    After Care

  • Before Your First Rinse

    • Avoid water, sweating, swimming, and rain.

    • Wear loose, dark-colored clothing.

    • Do not apply lotions, oils, deodorant, makeup, or perfume to the skin.

    • Avoid touching or rubbing your skin.

    Your First Rinse

    • Rinse with lukewarm water only until the cosmetic bronzer has washed away.

    • Pat your skin dry—do not rub.

    • Moisturize daily with an oil-free moisturizer to extend the life of your tan.

    • Avoid long, hot showers, hot tubs, saunas, and chlorinated pools.

    • Gently pat your skin dry after bathing.

    • To Make Your Tan Last

      • Moisturize morning and night.

      • Avoid exfoliating, shaving excessively, or using harsh soaps.

      • Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.

      • Reapply your spray tan every 7–10 days for the best results.

      If you notice streaking, uneven development, or have any concerns within the first 24 hours, please contact your spray tan technician as soon as possible.

      Schedule all waxing services 24–48 hours before your spray tan appointment

Lash Lift & Tint

Lash Lift & Tint Pre-Service Instructions

For the best results:

  • Arrive with clean lashes free of makeup and mascara.

  • Avoid waterproof mascara for 24–48 hours before your appointment.

  • Remove contact lenses before the service.

  • Let your esthetician know if you have sensitive eyes, allergies, or recent eye procedures.

    After Care

  • Lash Lift & Tint Aftercare

    For the first 24–48 hours:

    • Keep your lashes dry.

    • Avoid steam, saunas, hot tubs, swimming, and excessive sweating.

    • Do not rub or sleep directly on your lashes.

    • Avoid mascara, eye makeup, oil-based products, and lash curlers.

    After 48 hours:

    • Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie.

    • Condition your lashes with a lash serum or nourishing oil.

Lash & Brow Tint

Lash & Brow Tint Pre-Service Instructions

For the best tint results:

  • Arrive with clean lashes and brows free of makeup, oils, and skincare products.

  • Remove contact lenses before your appointment.

  • Inform your esthetician of any eye sensitivities, allergies, or previous reactions to tinting products.

    After Care

  • Following these aftercare instructions will help your tint last as long as possible.

    • Avoid getting your lashes or brows wet for the first 24 hours.

    • Avoid steam, saunas, swimming, and excessive sweating for 24 hours.

    • Do not rub or scrub the treated area.

    • Avoid oil-based cleansers, makeup removers, and skincare products around the lashes and brows.

    • Brush your brows into place daily with a clean spoolie.

    • Avoid exfoliating the brow area, as this can cause the tint to fade faster.

    For best results, schedule your next tint every 4–6 weeks.

    If you notice excessive irritation, swelling, or your tint fades significantly within the first 24–48 hours, please contact your esthetician as soon as possible.

Brow Lamination & Tint

Brow Lamination & Tint Pre-Service Instructions

Before your appointment:

  • Tint is Recommended as lamination will bleach the brow hair slightly

  • Arrive with clean brows free of makeup and skincare products.

  • Avoid retinol, exfoliating acids, and chemical peels around the brow area for 5–7 days before your appointment.

  • Avoid brow waxing or threading for 24–48 hours before your appointment unless it is included with your service.

  • Let your esthetician know if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

    After Care

  • Brow Lamination & Tint Aftercare

    For the first 24–48 hours:

    • Keep your brows dry.

    • Avoid steam, saunas, hot tubs, swimming, and excessive sweating.

    • Do not rub or touch your brows.

    • Avoid makeup and oil-based skincare on the brow area.

    After 48 hours:

    • Brush your brows daily with a clean spoolie.

    • Apply a nourishing brow serum or oil to keep the hairs hydrated.
