Policies:

Appointments & Arrival

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arrivals 10+ minutes late may be shortened, rescheduled, or marked as a no-show to respect other guests. I do not have a waiting room, please text me when you arrive.

Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. I try to be as accommodating as possible—please contact me by text or call as soon as possible.

  • Late cancel: 50% of service or full deposit

  • No-show: 100% of services booked

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or membership visit

    If you are unable to keep your appointment due to illness or injury, please notify me by text or call as soon as possible and your appointment will be rescheduled. Do not come sick or if you or a household member is sick.

    A 50% deposit is required for new guests and is non-refundable within 24 hours of the appointment.
    Card payments incur a 2.6% processing fee.
    To pay with cash, please bring exact cash.

    After-hours appointments are available for $14.81 per hour and require a 50% deposit.

    Memberships

    Memberships are auto-billed, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
    Missed or unused visits do not roll over unless stated otherwise.

    Refund Policy

    All services and memberships are non-refundable.
    If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 48 hours so concerns can be addressed.

    Health & Safety

    Please disclose all allergies, medical conditions, medications, skin conditions, and recent treatments prior to your service.
    Services may be refused if it is unsafe to proceed.

    Dip powder services are not offered due to a personal allergy.
    I am not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.

    Children

    No services are offered under age 10.
    Clients under 18 require parental consent or presence.
    Children may attend appointments only if they can sit quietly for the entire service.

    Contract

    A contract is required for any mobel services and gruep services.

Nail Service Policies

Fills
I do not offer foreign fills. Outside product must be removed to evaluate nail health.
All fills must be done every 2–3 weeks. Anything beyond this timeframe will be considered a rebalance and removal may be required.

Removals
Gel and acrylic removals are offered.
MMA removals incur an additional fee due to extended removal time.
Dip powder removals are not offered due to a personal allergy.

Service-Specific Policies

Brow Services
Skin must be healthy. Please disclose medications or treatments, including retinols and other active ingredients.

Brow Lamination
Tint is suggested, as lamination lightens the brow’s natural color.
Please notify me if you have henna on your brows.

Lash Lift & Tint
Arrive with clean, bare lashes—no mascara and no lash extensions.

Please take out contacts before services.

Lash Extension Removal
Additional time or fees may apply for heavy adhesive.
I am not responsible for lash loss from prior application.

Please take out contacts before services.

Waxing
Skin must be healthy. Please disclose medications, including retinols and other active ingredients.
I am not responsible for reactions from undisclosed conditions.

Tinting (Brow & Lash)
Patch testing is recommended.
Please notify me if you have henna on your brows.

Ionic Soak
This is not a medical treatment.
Please disclose health concerns including pregnancy, pacemaker, epilepsy, or metal implants.
All jewelry must be removed.

Photos

I require before and after Photos to be taken of all services I will use these for content, marketing/ advertising and educational purposes.

acceptations : intamit services Like Brazilian wax, bikini wax, sanitary wax.

religious exemptions are also allowed, no photos are taken of anyone under 18 without parent permission.
