Policies:
I try to be as accommodating as possible please call or text if you need to cancel, reschedule or change an appointment or do so online.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your service start time, I do not have a waiting area and may be finishing a pervious service.
I am severely allergic to dip powder and cannot file, apply or remove it without having a severe reaction, I apologize for any inconvenience.
A 50% deposit is required for all new gusts
Deposits are non-refundable 24 hours before your appointment.
While there's no late fee, repeated lateness may require a deposit for future appointments. (If your 10 minutes late or more your appointment might be rescheduled, if you do not respond or let me know you will be late you will be marked a no show after 10 minutes
All No shows will be charged 100% of services booked.
You will receive a confirmation text when booking, detailing the services you have reserved. You have up to 24 hours before your appointment to make any changes to your services. On the day of your appointment, you will be charged for the services you booked, plus any additional services requested. Please note that not all changes can be accommodated on the day of the appointment due to back-to-back scheduling.
Children: I don’t do services on anyone under 10, with school sports there is a risk of them breaking their natural nails more often than an adults. you are welcome to bring your children older than 4 with you but they must be able to sit still in the chairs for the duration of your service.
If your set hasn’t been filled in over 3 weeks, a rebalance may be required.
This is an additional service and charge. A rebalance includes removing any discolored, lifted, or damaged product, trimming or reshaping the nails, and restoring proper structure. This adds extra time to your appointment but helps your set last longer and wear better over time.
after hours pricing: i will take services outside of my normal hours at an additional $14.81 an hour. a 50% deposit must be made for all outside hours appointments

All services are "Damage covered" for up to 7 days please contact me if you have any issues like chipping or breaking for a free fix.

fees:
card fee: 2.6%
late cancelation: 50% or your 50% deposit
no-show fee: 100% of what was booked
outside hours fee: $14.81 an hour
foreign fills and removals:
Fills: i will fill other techs work but i will not guarantee the set until it is 100% my products, which means no damage coverage.
removals: I can remove a previous set or gel but if the product turns out to be MMA, I will have to charge extra as it will take up to an hour longer to remove than MME.
rebalance: I do not offer rebalances on work done by another tech. These sets must be removed and started fresh. A rebalance applies to any set 3+ weeks after the last fill.
