I strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please call or text to cancel, reschedule, or change an appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

  1. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early, as I do not have a waiting area and may be finishing a previous service.

  2. I am severely allergic to dip powder and cannot file, apply, or remove it without risking a serious reaction. I apologize for any inconvenience.

  3. A 50% deposit is required for all new clients.

  4. Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of your appointment.

  5. If you are 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply. If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

  6. No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked services.

  7. Clients must be at least 10 years old to receive services. A parent or guardian must be present to sign a consent form.

  8. Services outside of normal hours are available for an additional $14.81 per hour. A 50% deposit is required for all outside-hours appointments.

Foreign Fills and Removals:

Fills: I am happy to fill another technician’s work; however, I cannot guarantee the set until it is done entirely with my products.

Removals: I can remove a previous set or gel. If the product used is MMA, an additional charge will apply, as removal may take up to an hour longer than standard MME products.

Rebalance: I do not offer rebalances on work done by another technician. These sets must be removed and started fresh. A rebalance applies to any set that is 3+ weeks after the last fill.
