I strive to be as accommodating as possible and appreciate your understanding of the following policies, which help ensure a smooth experience for all clients.
Appointments & Cancellations
Please call or text to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% late cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the total booked services.
Arrival Time
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early, as I do not have a waiting area and may be finishing a previous service.
If you are 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply.
If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for all new clients and for all appointments booked outside of normal business hours.
Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of your appointment.
Product Restrictions
I am severely allergic to dip powder and cannot file, apply, or remove it without risking a serious allergic reaction. Thank you for understanding.
Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 10 years old to receive services. A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign a consent form.
After-Hours Appointments
Appointments outside of normal business hours are available for an additional $14.81 per hour, with a 50% deposit required.
Rebalance Policy
If your set has not been filled in within 3 weeks, a rebalance may be required. This is an additional service and charge.
A rebalance includes removing discolored, lifted, or damaged product, trimming or reshaping the nails, and restoring proper structure. This adds time to your appointment but helps ensure better longevity and wear.

Damage Coverage: All services are covered for up to 7 days. Contact me for any issues like chipping or breaking for a free fix.
Comfort Amenities: Enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks during your visit.
Multitasking Pedicure Option: A lap table is available if you’d like to work or scroll while enjoying your pedicure.
Foreign Fills and Removals:
Fills: I am happy to fill another technician’s work; however, I cannot guarantee the set until it is done entirely with my products.
Removals: I can remove a previous set or gel. If the product used is MMA, an additional charge will apply, as removal may take up to an hour longer than standard MME products.
Rebalance: I do not offer rebalances on work done by another technician. These sets must be removed and started fresh. A rebalance applies to any set that is 3+ weeks after the last fill.
Membership & Package Policies
Billing & Commitment:
Memberships are recurring and non-refundable.
Cancel 7 days before next billing to avoid next month’s charge.
Service Intervals:
Hands: 2–3 weeks apart | Feet: 4–6 weeks apart
Skipped services cannot be carried over.
Appointments & No-Shows:
24-hour notice required for cancellations/reschedules.
Missed appointments or no-shows may result in removal from the membership program.
Redemptions & Add-Ons:
Services must be used within the month.
Discounts apply only to active members.
Refunds & Transfers:
Memberships and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
